FreeCAD and CadQuery users who model visors, pauldrons and blasters in code can save the OpenCascade BREP shape straight from the kernel. BREP Cosplay Scaler reads that boundary representation and fits it to a person, scaling a cosplay helmet to head circumference, armour to wearer height or a figure into a life size statue. The free tool then cuts the model into the fewest pieces that fit a 200 mm cube, so the whole build prints on a 220 mm bed and lines up for gluing. Each piece arrives from StarForge 3D Modeling Software as a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing.
