The Additive Manufacturing File, defined in ISO/ASTM 52915, is an XML format that can hold units, several materials, colors and even curved triangles, and PrusaSlicer and some industrial printers still write it. Most slicers and printers stick with STL, so the AMF to STL Converter turns the AMF geometry into a 3D Print STL File in the browser, free and with nothing uploaded.
