For 3D printing, ASTM and ISO standardised AMF, the Additive Manufacturing File format, which wraps a mesh in XML with units and material data, and PrusaSlicer reads it. The AMF Honeycomb Wall writes snap-together tiles in it at any Cell Size, Columns and Rows, with pegs that fit the next tile's holes with 0.2 mm all round and a 4 mm countersunk screw hole in each corner cell's back. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also gives a 3D Print STL File for other slicers; tiles over 250 mm may not fit every print bed.
