Engineers working in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape or FreeCAD may receive a part only as a slicer 3MF and want it in their own ISO 10303 STEP format. The 3MF to STEP Converter writes the meshes from a 3D Manufacturing Format file into STEP in the browser, free and without uploading. Expect a faceted mesh body, not an exact parametric solid, since 3MF holds triangles and no CAD history.
