Fix Non Manifold Meshes in a 3MF

A 3D Manufacturing Format project from Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer or Cura bundles meshes, units and colours inside one zipped package, yet the meshes inside can still be broken. 3MF Repair opens the package, fills the holes and fuses overlapping or intersecting parts, then remeshes and decimates the model into a watertight shape. Non manifold edges that trigger slicer warnings disappear, and the fixed model saves as a 3D Print STL File ready for 3D printing.
