3MF, the 3D Manufacturing Format that Bambu Studio, Orca Slicer and PrusaSlicer save, holds a model in zipped XML with units, so a moon set to a chosen diameter keeps that size. The 3MF Moon Globe takes real relief from NASA LRO LOLA heights, or a Mars globe from NASA MGS MOLA data, with a height stretch to make craters and highlands stand out. A 15 mm flat at the south pole lets it stand and a ring stand comes as a second file. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also gives a 3D Print STL File pair for 3D printing a planet display.
