3MF (3D Manufacturing Format) keeps units and multiple objects in one package, the native project format of Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer and Orca Slicer, where atoms can be assigned filament colours by hand. 3MF Molecule Model saves a ball and stick, space filling, wireframe or cloud molecular model of any molecule typed by name, built from PubChem atoms and 3D positions with van der Waals radii. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also writes a 3D Print STL File, flat underneath for 3D printing; balls and sticks may want supports.
