Involute Spur Gears Without CAD

Millimetre units travel inside 3MF, the zipped XML 3D Manufacturing Format, so a gear opened in Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer or Orca Slicer lands at its true size with no scale guessing. The 3MF Gear Generator builds involute spur gears from a module, a tooth count and a bore, then adds a mate and turns both on screen at the exact centre distance, outlines checked so they never cross. Every gear uses a 20 degree pressure angle with 0.15 mm backlash. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also offers each one as a 3D Print STL File, ready for 3D printing without CAD.
