Bring 1990s 3DS Models Into Fusion 360

Some engineering teams still hold reference models from the 1990s in Autodesk 3D Studio 3DS files and need them inside ISO 10303 STEP assemblies. The 3DS to STEP Converter writes the 3DS mesh into STEP in the browser, free, with nothing uploaded. The STEP holds a faceted mesh, not an exact parametric solid, so the shape is a reference for fit and layout. It revives old visualization models in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
