Resize 3DS Figures to 28mm Scale

Old 3D Studio libraries are full of knights, soldiers and monsters saved as Autodesk 3DS, a binary format from the DOS era, at sizes that rarely match a tabletop. 3DS Miniature Scaler reads the figure, measures it from the top of its base and scales it to 28mm, 32 mm, 54 mm, 75 mm or 1/6 scale. Each choice keeps a 6 ft figure's eye height correct for that scale. Scale Model resizes all of it, base included, into a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing, in StarForge 3D Modeling Software, free and nothing uploaded.
