Old Autodesk 3D Studio libraries are full of knights, robots and space marines saved as .3ds files, the DOS-era format 3ds Max still imports. 3DS Cosplay Scaler gives those vintage models a second life as wearables, scaling a helmet to head circumference, armour to wearer height or a character to a life size statue.
