Wrapped in a shaggy coat of feathers, a Yutyrannus stalks forward with its large toothed skull and open jaws. The rough plumage covers the body, arms and tail, with a feathered tuft at the tail tip, while three-fingered arms reach forward with long curved claws. Strong legs end in sharp-taloned feet.
