A muscular moose stag strides forward with one foreleg lifted, carrying wide branching antlers that spread in different directions. Sculpted veins and muscle ridges run across the neck, shoulders, flanks and long legs, and the cloven hooves show small dewclaws. The pose has a sense of motion, with the head turned slightly and the body leaning into the step. It stands without a base, so it suits a display shelf, a wildlife diorama or a forest tabletop scene where a large deer makes a striking centrepiece.
