Rotor wheel with a ring of ratchet teeth around its edge and a circle of rounded contact pins standing on its face. Inside the pin ring sits a raised hub with a central bore and small embossed lettering. Six slotted screw heads are spaced across the face, and the underside repeats the screws on a dished recess. The toothed rim and stepped rings give it a clear mechanical look, like a cipher machine part.
