A Renault R35 light tank sculpted with the rounded cast hull and riveted turret of the French infantry tank from 1940. Its short gun sits in a domed turret that carries a raised number 8, while scissor bogies, coil springs and detailed link tracks run along both sides. Stowage drums, a rear tail skid, tow shackles and hatch handles add life to the deck. The belly is closed and both tracks sit flat, so it fits well on a wargaming table for early war battles or on a display shelf beside other armour.
