A crocodile-headed lizardfolk warrior stands ready with a tall leaf-bladed spear gripped upright in one clawed fist. His long toothed snout turns slightly aside, while a fitted leather cuirass, rounded pauldrons, crossed strap, wrapped sash and hanging loincloth cover a muscular scaled body. Banded greaves guard both legs above splayed clawed feet, and a thick ridged tail sweeps down behind him to the ground. The free hand hangs open beside the hip. Lizardfolk spearmen like this suit swamp encounters, river temple guards or desert kingdom armies on the tabletop, and look just as good on a display shelf.
